Once we have received it you will receive an email notification, and another notification when the item has been posted back to you with tracking information.
In some cases, mends may take longer. When we receive your item, if we think this will take longer than the expected time, we will let you know straight away.
We will post your item back as first class signed for, with the address provided when you use the check out. If your return address is different to when you placed the order, please update the the return address in your order form.

Please print off your booking form and include this in your parcel. (This provides us with more information on your mend) Alternatively you can email us your booking form, with your order number.
Can I drop off my garment rather than posting it?
Absolutely. All we ask is that you place an order first on our ordering page. Please print your order confirmation email and bring it with you if you can, or make a note of your order number. We are able to accept drop-offs between the hours of 10.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday.
What happens if I order the wrong type of mend?
Our Quality Assurance process includes an assessment of the initial work to be carried out. If the order details are incorrect, you will receive an email from us, with amended payment instructions. Once the amended order has been confirmed, we will begin work on your item.
What do I do if I’m not happy with my mend?
We’re sorry that you haven’t received your mend as expected. For invisible mends we aim to match the original garment structure as closely as possible however this is dependent on the level of initial damage to the fabric. Please get in touch via our feedback form to let us know the issue.
