Please ensure you select and pay for the correct number of holes or repairs needed. If your garment has multiple holes but only one repair has been paid for, we won’t be able to begin work until the remaining production costs have been covered.
If you’re unsure which repair option applies to your item, or your garment doesn’t quite fit into the categories listed, please get in touch with us before placing your order. In many cases we can provide a more accurate quote, help save you money, or advise on the best repair option for your garment.
For items with multiple tiny holes (under 1cm), unusual damage, or more complex repairs, please email us for a bespoke quote before ordering.
