Depending on our workload, we may be able to take on commissions that don't fit into these groups. Please email us to discuss your project.

 

If we have capacity, you can expect:

 

  • An initial consultation meeting

  • Design development & example sampling if applicable

  • A price estimate, based on an hourly rate, or per job

Prices

  • Pattern cutting                                - £20 per hour

  • Sewing, embroidery and sample development - £15 per  hour

Our prices are competitive and can be tailored to meet your circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss quotes for specific projects.

How we work:

​

  • We like to produce a sample of the item first before going into production of multiples. This is to ensure it is exactly to your standard, and to confirm our production cost price is correct.   

  • If you already have a pattern, we can create a sample from that, or we can make you an industry standard pattern for £20per hour.

  • The sample will be made to a high standard. We do charge for it, based on our hourly sewing rate of £15 per hour. We are happy to make in fabric of your choice so it can be used by you/photographed or resold.

  • Fabrics and threads are not included in this costing. We advise the customer to source and buy it, to ensure the colour choice is exactly what you would like. We can suggest stockists.

  • If you want to go ahead with production, let us know, so we can check our availability and book you in!

All profits from commissions go back into the charity to enable the training programme to continue.
